Account Pop

Create

  1. Enter the phone number you want to call. The widget will automatically search for the related account.
  2. If the number is not match an account, you will be given the option to click "Create" during any point in the call
  3. Enter related information
  4. Hit "Save"

Pop

  1. Enter the phone number you want to call. The widget will automatically search for the related account.
  2. Click "Pop", and Salesforce will load the related account page.

Screen pop will behave differently based on settings configured by an administrator that has Manage Call Centers permissions. Learn more about screen pop settings.
