We are a small (less than 10 people) nonprofit so we understand tight budgets. GRS has been very helpful working within our budget and making recommendations that improve our security and efficiency. They can be counted on to make recommendations and help us prioritize what will make us safer. They have saved us money and waived fees to help our budget but provided the tools and recommendations so that we are safer company than we were a year ago. We have worked with several companies in the past and sometimes you feel like you are paying their fees so that the company can do the minimum work. We are paying more than we have in the past but we aren't throwing away money, GRS has earned it keeping us safer.

We used to do our backups on tapes and didn't have the correct people with expertise monitoring our systems. Now that we have GRS, we don't have to waste staff time on it and we worry less about security or worse case scenarios. GRS is willing to provide updates to our senior staff and Board of Directors. Now if something does happen we know that they will have us up and running like it never happened ... with minimal data loss or downtime.

We are in the middle of a move and GRS has helped in a thousand little ways and solved issues that have come up with technology, vendors, and construction timing. The extras that they provide make it worth the money.
