When enabled, opens a webpage when an incoming call is received/answered. Third party tools can used to perform CRM, social media, or Google searches etc.
- Right-click the Jive Icon () within the System Tray.
- Click Settings.
- Check Enable Webpop.
- Define when web pops should occur (Web pops Happen).
- Choose the desired 3rd-Party Pops from the provided list (you can select more than one).
eAgent is a CRM that Allstate agents use to manage their customers. Jive's IE plugin allows Allstate agents automatically search and pop to matching eAgent accounts when a call rings their phone. (see above in webpops)
