Web Pops


When enabled, opens a webpage when an incoming call is received/answered. Third party tools can used to perform CRM, social media, or Google searches etc.


You must have a line selected to enable web pops.

  1. Right-click the Jive Icon () within the System Tray.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Check Enable Webpop.
  4. Define when web pops should occur (Web pops Happen).
  5. Choose the desired 3rd-Party Pops from the provided list (you can select more than one).

eAgent Integration

eAgent is a CRM that Allstate agents use to manage their customers. Jive's IE plugin allows Allstate agents automatically search and pop to matching eAgent accounts when a call rings their phone. (see above in webpops)
