Reporting an e-mail as a phishing scam or Junk

1. Open the e-mail that you want to report as phishing.

2. Click the Report Message adding that should be present.
If this is not present, please contact the GRS helpdesk.

3. Click the Phishing or Junk option and now the email will now be moved to the deleted items folder and sent off to review by Microsoft.

Please note - Microsoft will automatically analyze it making them more efficient in detecting these phishing e-mails. You will not get a reply or response from this action from Microsoft, the process is automatic once the phishing option is clicked.
