Performing a Self-Service Password Reset

If you are unable to login to your Microsoft 365 account, you can follow the steps below to reset your password.

1. From any Microsoft 365 logon screen, select 'Can't access your account'.


2. Select 'Work or school account' as the account type. Enter your email address as the User ID on the next screen, enter the captcha code and click Next.


3. The next page should show your company logo at the top of your screen. If you do not see your company's logo do NOT continue and call GRS Technology Solutions for further information.

From this screen, select 'Enter a code from my authenticator app'. Open the Microsoft Authenticator app on your phone, enter the code in the box and click Next.


4. Enter a new password on the next screen and click Finish.


5. If the password reset was successful, you should see the following message. You can now head back to the login page and sign in.
